Saturday 3rd May Tynemouth to Falstone
Start Point: Tynemouth at 09.30hrs
Distance: 61 Miles
Passing Through: Ponteland, Stamfordam,Matfen, Wark and Bellingham
Accomodation: Falston Village Hall. Sleeping bag + roll matt and shower kit with towel required.
Bike Security: In the Village Hall itself.
Food and 'fluids': The Pheasent Inn - very good food - but no chips

Sunday 4h May Falstone to Carlisle
Breakfast: Falston Tea Rooms. 200 meters from the Village Hall. Full English breakfast for just £4.60
Distance: 63 Miles
Passing Through: Keilder, Newcastleton, Bewcastle & Kirklinton
Accomodation: Carlisle Fire Station. Sleeping bag + roll matt and shower kit with towel required.
Bike Security: In the Fire Station Itself.
Food and 'fluids': Chinese Buffet @ Shanghi Shanghi - £10 all you can eat.

Monday 5th May. Carlisle to Whitehaven.
Breakfast: Tea and Toast. Cycling to start at 0930hrs
Distance: 63 Miles
Passing Through: Caldbeck, Bassenthwaite, Cockermouth & Workington.
Food and 'fluids': Home made Sandwich shop.

Getting Home:
A mini Bus will transport yourselves back to Durham Fire Brigade Head Quarters for approximately 2000hrs.
Cycles will be transported in a separate van.
