Team member came across and assisted a student with an ankle injury. Student taken to A&E by the police.



 

Teesdale and Weardale Search and Mountain Rescue Team has been established since 1968 and is a registered charity. The Team is managed by a Committee voted for and drawn from the Team membership. Team members, in addition to operational duties and training, undertake considerable responsibilities in managing and fundraising for the organisation.

The committee is lead by the Team Leader who is assisted by three Deputy Team Leaders. Each Deputy Team Leader is responsible for overseeing particular aspects of team activity.
