Team called by Police to assist in MFH search in the West Auckland Area. Missing person located by Police out of the area.
 

The organisation Teedale and Weardale Search and Mountain Rescue Team has been established since 1968 and is a registered charity. The Team is managed by a Committee voted for and drawn from the Team membership. Team members, in addition to operational duties and training undertake considerable responsibilities in managing and fundraising for the organiaation.

The committee is lead by the Team Leader who is assisted by three Deputy Team Leaders. Each Deputy Team Leader has a region of responsibility: finance, communications and operations.
