Team callout |
Team called by Durham police to locate and rescue a male walker benighted on Cronkley Fell. 16 team members and 2 team search dogs responded to the incident and the missing male and his pet dog was located safe and well but rather cold up on Cronkley Fell. After checking the male over he was walked off the fell and taken back to his vehicle. |

At 11.00 today the team was contacted by North East Ambulance Service to assist in the recovery of a casualty from the Witton Park Angling and Conservation Centre. 10 Team members and a Team vehicle attended. The male casualty with a lower leg injury was placed onto our stretcher and carried to the road where he was then transported to hospital by ambulance. |
