26th December 2018 BOXING DAY CALLOUT.
The team were called just after midday to assist the North East Ambulance Service & HART team in locating a Walker who had fallen after suffering a possible stroke.
11 team members attended and with the help of a local located the casualty in Gibbneese plantation near Copley. After examination, it was decided that the casualty could walk out with assistance to an awaiting ambulance and was then taken to Darlington Memorial hospital.
The team also assisted other family members out of the woods before standing down.
